First of all: what is premature ejaculation?
According to the International Society for Sexual Medicine (2021) premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction characterized by:
- Ejaculation that always occurs within the first minute of vaginal penetration (premature ejaculation from birth).
- Ejaculation that occurs within three minutes of vaginal penetration (which we will call acquired premature ejaculation).
- Inability to delay ejaculation when vaginal penetration occurs.
- Negative personal consequences such as stress, frustration or avoidance of sexual intimacy.
The ISSM has identified different typesThere may of course be more, or one may be more prevalent than another. But it is important to take these three as a starting point, as I think they are quite useful as a guideline and are very accurate.

Premature ejaculation from birth (< 1 minute): it is defined as ejaculation produced in less than one minute from the beginning of penetration.

Acquired premature ejaculation (< 3 minutes): is defined as the point in life when premature ejaculation is acquired, not having always been premature ejaculation. For example, a person who was previously able to have intercourse and hold it without any problem later has problems ejaculating in less than three minutes.

Subjective premature ejaculation (3 - 6 minutes): occurs when ejaculation is centered between three and six minutes, this may be one of the most affecting the population, and fortunately, one of the best solutions.

4. Visualize erotic material
It helps to find the point of no return and control where it is happening and how to stop it.. By visualizing pornographic material you will be able to achieve greater stimulation (in most cases) and thus be able to better explore your points.
