However, you should also examine your everyday habits very carefully – maybe they have been contributing to your disease as well. There are some basic tips for getting rid of insomnia and regaining healthy sleep. You have to stick to the strict everyday schedule and go to bed on the same time, because it will balance the work of your biological clock. Generally you have to avoid the naps on daytime, because they usually make it harder to fall asleep at night. Of course, consuming alcohol, smoking and using too much caffeine is forbidden for you. Regular exercise and healthy way of life are necessary. Except this, it is better for you to avoid eating too much, especially in the evening.
