Start of the 6th edition of the Master in Selection and Talent Management (UMA)

In its sixth edition, the Master in Selection and Talent Management incorporates new elements.

In a few days the 6th edition of the University Master's Degree in Selection and Talent Management organized by the University of Malaga in collaboration with a large number of leading companies will begin. in collaboration with a large number of leading national companies in the Human Resources sector, which have been collaborating with the Master since its inception.

These are companies that contribute their best professionals to our teaching staff to provide their expertise, that offer students both curricular and extracurricular paid internships, giving them the opportunity of a practical and relevant application of what they have learned, that bet and hire our students... In short, companies very involved in contributing to the recognition that the Master has at the national level in the Human Resources sector.

Adapting the Master in Talent Management in Spain to the present day

This year the challenges are high, starting with a strong adaptation to the measures that COVID-19 imposes at this time. Another important challenge has been to carry out a hard selection of participants, since the pre-registration period opened on April 1, 2020 with some uncertainty about what was happening in those moments of confinement, the interest of the candidates has been far exceeded and it has meant a great effort to incorporate an excellent group that will soon begin the 20-21 course.

Continuing with the contributions, in this edition we added the creation of a -#TalentCommunityThis is made up of a large group of our former students, already professionals incorporated into the labor market in our sector and which will be joined later by the students who will form the 6th edition that will begin in the coming days. #Talent Community was created with the aim of creating a network of support and development among all the students of the Master in Selection and Talent Management.

In addition, in each edition, and this one will not be different in this aspect, we strive to adapt with the greatest flexibility to a sector and a labor market in constant evolution, incorporating, as it can not be otherwise, topics and contents of maximum actuality.

For all this and much more that we will show throughout the academic year, we are firmly convinced that the Master in Selection and Talent Management will be confirmed, one more year, as the best offer for those who want to join from excellence, specialization and innovation to the labor market of Human Resources.
