What is the Emotional Intelligence?

The concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI) was developed by psychologists Peter Salovey and John Mayer. But it was Daniel Goleman, an American psychologist, journalist and writer, who brought EQ to worldwide fame with the publication of his book Emotional Intelligence in 1995.
For Goleman, EQ consists of five capabilities:

- Recognizing them

Two groups of Emotional Intelligence
