EEC launches the International Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program

Escuela Europea de Coaching launches a training program with sessions in Chile and Argentina.

Escuela Europea de Coaching, an entity specialized in training in coaching and leadership processes, has launched an international version of the an international version of the Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program.

What is the EEC International Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program like?

This initiative, aimed at training leaders who work in organizational contexts, is based on experiential training and individual support from experts. For this purpose, this Accredited Training Program (ACTP) uses the advantages of combining face-to-face and online sessions (through real-time video transmission), and takes place in two Latin American countries: first Chile and then Argentina.

It is a training proposal divided into three blocks. The first begins on May 6, 2019 in Santiago de Chile; the second is online and starts on May 6, 2019 in Santiago de Chile. The second is online, starts at the end of May and contains both theory elements and practical sessions; and the third and last one, face-to-face, takes place in Buenos Aires in December.

The double objective of this program is divided into teaching the necessary knowledge to incorporate coaching skills into the dynamics of a company and enhance communication and leadership skills, on the one hand, and training as a professional coach, on the other. All of this from training sessions in which the culture of learning is encouraged, and with the guarantee that it is a program designed and implemented by EEC, an organization that has worked with more than 300 companies in several countries and has trained more than 15,000 professionals internationally internationally.

What accreditation is obtained?

Upon completion of this program, students receive an ACTP certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This is especially useful when it comes to working in companies, since it is a reflection of having gone through a fundamentally applied training process in which emphasis is placed on the organizational needs of the work teams in the professional field.

Therefore, it is a program aimed primarily at managers, executives, middle managers, HR professionals and consultants, and psychologists, as well as non-certified coaches.
