Brewers yeast: what is it for?
The use of the beer yeast it comes from very old. In the famous Ebers papyrus from ancient Egypt (1555 BC), the use of the "lees" of beer for medicinal purposes is cited. Hippocrates, Dioscorides and Paracelsus himself also cite his properties.
What is the use brewer's yeast?

The complex biotin-pantothenate plays a prominent role in hair growth and healthy skin and nails.
The vitamins of group B Brewer's yeast also play an important role in general health and in the preservation of skin, hair, and nails.
- The vitamin B2 (riboflavin) has action and acts against seborrhea.
- The vitamin B3 (niacin) is involved in the synthesis of keratin.
- The vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is essential for the correct metabolism of zinc, a mineral that is part of skin, hair and nails. How to take it
Brewer's yeast is marketed in liquid, powder, and capsule or tablet form, but in whatever form, it is best to take it three times a day, accompanied by other foods at breakfast, lunch and dinner, since it is the way it is best absorbed.
