Eat healthy at work
With the incorporation of women to work and the lack of time, it is increasingly common for people to eat out of home. The way we eat out can offer alternatives very diverse:

Some recommendations for optimize diet in both cases they include:

- The meats must be sufficiently cooked, without blood inside.
- Prevention with certain sauces (like mayonnaise) in summer: preferably, packaged ones should always be chosen.
These simple rules can make eating out as healthy as at home. And above all, so safe and pleasant. If you can eat with someone, do it: it will be much more relaxed, and both the intake and the digestion will be better (apart from more pleasant).
