Detractors and followers
This “new” method, originally from the Canary Islands (2007) and promoted by professionals from the world of health and sports, has both detractors and loyal followers. The fact that it supposes major changes in diet And in the way of training it does not quite convince some, but according to its creators it is about recovering the model of more than 16,000 years ago.
The objective is none other than reuse the human body as our ancestors did, following a pattern of movement for supervenience. An adequate posture is, along with the corporal extension, one of the benefits that those who practice it wield.
It is not about hypertrophy and having a spectacular muscle mass, but about having an adequate tone that allows us to gain health. With the routine it is possible to lose weight, in fact many of those who start in this practice do so with a motivation: to lose weight but once the challenge is achieved, they continue training in the same way.
The street, the beach, your own house or the mountains can be perfect spaces to train. Crawling on the ground or grass, jumping, climbing trees, running barefoot or pushing weights, are some of the exercises that can be part of the routine of a Paleotraining workout.
About diet
