Prepare the skin before summer
| Getting a healthy tan involves not only taking care of your skin but also taking care of yourself from the inside.

- Beta-carotene: it is the precursor pigment that accelerates tanning by promoting the synthesis of melanin, which in turn will act as a natural filter against ultraviolet rays and will provide us with the desired tan. It is found in apricot, carrot, peach, mango, papaya, tomatoes, pumpkin, spinach ...
- : they will help us prepare against solar radiation by reducing the harmful effects. It is in wheat germ, vegetable oils (olive, corn, sunflower), nuts, legumes and brown rice, and egg yolk.
