Sauna

How to take it?
If you've never tried it, it's time to do it, and if you already know it, enjoy its virtues again. Of course, to fully benefit from it, shower before with warm water, rub the skin with a horsehair glove and dry well. And when you go out, take a shower with cold or warm water, with the jet from the extremities towards the center (heart). Afterward, pat yourself dry and apply almond oil to hydrate your skin. With two or three weekly sessions, you will notice the benefits.
In the sauna, get on the middle or upper bench, lying down or sitting with your feet on the seat so that your whole body is at the same temperature. It remains a maximum of 15 minutes, although it is normal to notice that at 8-10 the body already wants to cool down.
