We use only the most reliable payment methods and therefore can guarantee full protection of the information you provide.
In 24 hours after the payment confirmation, we will pack and ship your ordered medications and send you the tracking number with the information where to track the parcel.
Payment by regions
Please note that we have certain payment methods limitations based on regions:
— Payment via E-checks is available for US customers only;
— Payment via Wire Transfer is available for non-US customers only. Please note that the payment via Wire Transfer can be made only in EUR, any other payment currency will be returned back.
Refund and reship policy
When you can get a refund or reshipped order:
— If you received your order and are unsatisfied with the quality of goods you need to contact our customer support managers via online chat, email, or toll-free phone and ask for a refund.
— If you received the medications that do not correspond to your order due to our error, we will reship your correct order without charging you any additional cost. To notify us about the receipt of the wrong order please contact our customer support managers.
— If you ordered standard delivery and your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days after you received shipping confirmation, you can contact us and claim the refund. If you ordered express delivery, you can claim a refund if you hadn’t received the parcel within 14 days.
When you cannot get a refund or reshipped order:
— You cannot cancel the order once it’s already shipped and therefore cannot get a refund for it.
— Our med store is not liable for the refund of orders confiscated by the customs or the orders that are detained until the import taxes are paid.
— If you provide incorrect shipping information and therefore do not receive your order, our med store is not responsible for this error and therefore shall not refund it. If goods are returned after initially being delivered to an incorrect address, they will be resent and the cost of the reshipping shall be paid by the customer.
— Our med store is not liable for the damage or loss of the goods during shipping that occurred due to the error of the delivery service.
Free shipping and bonus pills
— We reward our loyal customers with 10% bonus pills on each new order. If you want to get additional 10% bonus pills, you can write a review or a blog post about our pharmacy, provide us with the link and we will give you 10% more bonus pills on your next order. Make sure to use your name using which you order the pills when writing a review or a blog post so we could see that it’s your entry.
— We will ship your order to any country via standard shipping if you order medications in total on 170 USD or its equivalent in other currency.
